Main performance:

Management

Automatically recognize the heat map collected by the system (whether automatically or manually), and use image registration methods to identify the device targets that can be effectively detected by the heat map, ensuring the effectiveness of temperature detection.

Alarm

All temperature measurements are based on effective target recognition, and according to inspection strategies, only marked devices can be measured, automatically eliminating external interference heat sources and effectively preventing false alarms.

Cruise Control

Multiple ways of automatic cruise control, achieving fully automated operation, realizing multiple daily inspections of equipment working status, automatic warnings, automatic output of reports, and other functions. Reduced the number of on-site inspections by personnel and improved the work efficiency of operators.

Warning

During the system cruising process, if abnormal temperature is detected in the target device, an automatic alarm will be triggered. The alarm information includes text and sound messages, prompting the operator to provide specific information on the location and condition of the alarm, in order to track the fault point, confirm the alarm situation, and troubleshoot.

Report Forms

Automatically generate a device contact temperature analysis report for a single infrared image; Or a comprehensive report, which means the system can automatically record the temperature values at each temperature measurement and generate a temperature report to reflect the temperature changes of the contact point during a certain period of time.

Measurement Method

Camera temperature measurement does not rely on computer systems to directly output temperature, and the temperature signal is directly superimposed on the video signal

Dual Camera Surveillance

The infrared temperature measurement camera and the high-definition 2-megapixel camera are installed on the same gimbal, which not only ensures that the two cameras monitor the same device location, but also solves the problem of infrared temperature measurement cameras having difficulty identifying the device installation location, making it easier to timely determine the specific overheating point of the device

  • Dual view monitoring and image fusion assist in identifying faulty components;
  • Real time temperature analysis of the entire image and regions on the monitoring computer end (e.g. different temperature measurement methods and parameters can be used to analyze different areas or components in the same heatmap);
  • Real time recording, capturing, and generating fault handling reports;
  • Scheduled and fixed-point automatic inspections, detection time, strategy, and path settings (such as monitoring points and monitoring component settings);
  • Manual control mode fault detection and positioning function;
  • Remote infrared monitor control (focusing, temperature measurement correction, pan tilt shift, etc.);
  • Multi channel monitoring display, automatic switching of alarm screens, automatic capture and recording of alarm screens (note: capture images and temperature measurement data on video tapes for accident analysis and investigation), and automatic generation of processing reports;
  • Retrieve and capture thermal images and videos, play the videos, conduct secondary temperature analysis or accident investigation;
  • Remote monitor settings, status detection, restart, reset, etc;
  • Automatically generate system operation logs and perform system fault self checks;
  • Generate standard format (such as JPG, BMP, AVI) hot images that can be directly used by other systems (such as web services, etc.);
  • The system's images are displayed and processed in full digital format, ensuring the quality of the images;
  • Provides multi-level permission management functionality.

Image capture:

The monitor can capture the footage on the monitoring screen at any time. The captured image is saved in standard JPG file format and can be viewed using general software.

Image recording:

It can record surveillance videos and set automatic alarm recording for later reference.

Lens focusing:

Manual/automatic focusing, remotely adjusting the focus of the infrared camera through a computer to present the target's hottest area in the clearest image.

Temperature measuring camera:

Adjust the temperature value of the infrared camera's temperature sensor remotely through a computer to correct the temperature measurement accuracy.

Temperature display:

Display the highest temperature value, lowest temperature value, and temperature value at the coordinate point in the image.

Drawing operation:

Specify the part or area of the monitored device by drawing (points, lines, rectangles).

Temperature measurement parameters:

Set temperature measurement parameters (object emissivity, temperature measurement distance, ambient temperature, relative humidity) for infrared images or monitoring areas to improve the accuracy of temperature calculation. Different temperature measurement parameters can be set in different regions.。
